HWA IN WEST MICHIGAN, Saturday, April 8, 12-1 pm

Learn more about surveying, treatment, and how to get involved in the fight against HWA at a public meeting at the Nature Education Center at Hemlock Crossing County Park. Presentation by Melanie Manion, Natural Resources Management Supervisor, Ottawa County Parks

SLOW THE SPREAD, Thursday, March 23, 9-11 am

New England has been fighting HWA for over a decade.  Allison Kanoti, a forest entomologist with Maine’s Forest Service, will share her experiences managing for HWA on the leading front of the East Coast invasion. There will be a question/answer session following the presentation.
